Refund policy

Haramiat offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. You may ask to return an eligible item within 30 days of receiving it. This guarantee does not reduce any consumer rights that apply to you by law.

Email Contact@haramiat.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. We will reply with the return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send an item back before receiving those instructions.

For a change-of-mind return under the voluntary 30-day guarantee, the item must be in its original condition, unused beyond reasonable inspection, and safely packed for return. You may open and inspect an item. For UK statutory cancellation rights, you may handle an item as you reasonably would in a shop; where permitted by law, a reduction may apply if handling goes beyond what is needed to assess the item.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return postage and any return shipping costs. If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not the item ordered, contact us at Contact@haramiat.com. Haramiat will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where required by law.

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will email you with the outcome. Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

For cancellations made under applicable UK online-shopping rights, refunds will include the standard outbound delivery charge where required by law. Any premium delivery upgrade may not be refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery. For a statutory cancellation, we will issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, as applicable under the law.

For most goods bought online by UK consumers, you can notify us that you are cancelling within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. After notifying us, you generally have a further 14 days to return them. These statutory rights operate separately from Haramiat's additional 30-day guarantee. Exceptions can apply to certain types of goods and contracts.

Please contact us at Contact@haramiat.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos can help us assess visible damage, but contacting us does not remove any rights you have under consumer law. We will work with you to provide the remedy required by law, such as a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.

If an item is described as second quality, we will identify any known imperfections in the product listing. This does not remove your rights if the item has an undisclosed fault or does not match its description.
