By using our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store. Nothing in these terms takes away consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We make reasonable efforts to show and describe products accurately, including their materials, dimensions, colours, and care information where supplied. Product colours can look different on different screens. Where an item is handmade, handwoven, or made from natural materials, small variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur; any important variation will be described on the product page.

Please review the individual product page before ordering. If a listing identifies an item as second quality, known imperfections will be described there.

Prices, currency, and shipping

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the product page and at checkout. Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase. Standard UK shipping is intended to be free, with its cost included in listed product prices. International shipping charges may apply and must be shown or confirmed before the order is processed.

Order preparation currently takes 2–7 days. After dispatch, UK delivery may take up to 15 days. These are estimates and may change if the carrier or supplier provides updated information. See the Haramiat Shipping Policy for details.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to buy the selected products. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation or begin fulfilment, subject to applicable law. We may contact you if information is missing, a payment is not authorised, a product becomes unavailable, or a shipping quote needs confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for the unfulfilled order.

Payment is processed through the payment methods shown at checkout. You must provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information and be authorised to use the selected payment method.

Fulfilment partners

Haramiat may use suppliers and fulfilment partners to prepare or ship products. This means an order may be dispatched from a location other than the UK. We share only the information needed to fulfil the order, and we show the applicable delivery estimate and shipping terms before purchase.

Returns and refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy includes Haramiat's 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and information about statutory consumer rights. That policy forms part of these terms. If these terms conflict with mandatory consumer rights, the mandatory rights apply.

Website use and intellectual property

The Haramiat name, logo, website design, text, and original images are owned by or licensed to Haramiat unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without written permission. You may use the website for lawful personal shopping and must not interfere with its security or operation.

Errors and availability

We may correct typographical, pricing, or availability errors and update product information. If an error affects an order you placed, we will contact you and explain the available options, including cancellation and a refund where appropriate. We may update or temporarily suspend parts of the website for maintenance.

Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or limits your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, Haramiat is not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from using the website unlawfully or contrary to these terms.
