This Shipping Policy explains how Haramiat processes, ships and delivers orders.

Order Processing

Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days after they are placed, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you a confirmation and tracking details.

UK Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We offer free standard shipping within the United Kingdom. The shipping cost is included in the prices displayed on our website, so there is no separate standard shipping charge at checkout.

After dispatch, UK delivery is estimated to take 4–12 days. Your total delivery time also includes the order-processing period above. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Destinations

Our main shipping destination is the United Kingdom. If you’re outside the UK, please contact us before placing an order to check whether delivery is available to your country.

Orders Outside the UK

Additional shipping charges may apply to orders outside the UK, and delivery may take longer. We’ll confirm the shipping cost and estimated delivery time with you before processing your order. We’ll only proceed after you agree to any additional shipping charge.

Your order may also be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges set by the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

We ship with FedEx. After your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you the tracking information so you can follow its progress.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived by the end of the estimated delivery period, email us with your order number. We’ll check the tracking information and contact the carrier where needed.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll try to update it before dispatch, but changes may not be possible after the order has been shipped.
